These quick cards are designed to be copy/pasted into your internal playbook or posted near your team’s workflows.
Card 1: Risk intake (30 seconds)
- Audience: internal / client / court?
- Sensitivity: confidential or privileged?
- Impact: if wrong, what is the harm?
- Verification: what must be checked and by whom?
Card 2: Safe input checklist
- Use approved tools only
- Minimize and de-identify
- Avoid privileged strategy unless approved
- Record the prompt and sources
Card 3: Verification checklist (court / client-facing)
- Open every citation
- Verify every quote
- Recalculate numbers
- Confirm jurisdiction and current law
- Document reviewer sign-off

- Privilege or confidentiality judgment needed
