AI for eDiscovery: From Collection to Production

Predictive coding, also known as Technology Assisted Review (TAR), is an AI-driven process that uses machine learning to prioritize and categorize documents for review. Instead of reviewing every document, a small sample is reviewed by human experts, and the AI system learns from these decisions to predict the relevance of the remaining documents. This iterative process significantly reduces the volume of documents requiring human review, leading to substantial cost and time savings.
